The human work.​ The uncomfortable, messy, unscalable work of actually talking to people.​ Understanding what they need.​ Why they need it.​ What they feel but can’t articulate.

And then translating those feelings into something real.

Something useful.

Something beautiful.

That’s the part machines can’t touch.​ That’s where design still matters.

AI isn’t the end of our value.​ It’s the beginning of a chance to redirect it.
