I started posting here because I got tired of the silence. Too many designers are struggling alone, wondering if the career still makes sense, questioning whether anyone values what we do. I wanted to help build a place where we talk honestly about the work, the burnout, the wins nobody sees, and the losses that hit harder than they should.

I don't have all the answers. Most days I'm figuring this out the same as you. But I know this work matters. I know the people who do it are worth fighting for. And I know we're better when we stop pretending everything's fine and start being real with each other.
