Some INDUSTRIAL DESIGN careers end in fireworks, most end in silence.
There are moments that erase what you’ve built in a flash. A restructure. A lost deal. A market shift. If you’re lucky, you get to start again, not from a place of power, but from the scraps of what you remember.
I've seen teams rebuilt from ashes, not by force but by memory. Shared wisdom. Lessons written in bruises. The will to do better this time.
Progress isn’t always about domination. It’s about survival. It’s the quiet resilience to scatter, adapt, and carry the best of what we’ve been to the next project, the next team, the next generation.
Every great company, every new idea, is a vault for our collective memory. The strongest cultures don’t conquer. They remember. They listen. They protect. The unknown is always coming. Something bigger.
Something we can’t predict.
We’re all wandering between echoes of what worked and what failed. The challenge is to witness, to learn, and to share the story.
Who am I? I’m just someone who’s watched teams rise and fall, who’s carried lessons from one company to the next, who’s still driven by what’s possible.
If you’re reading this, you probably know the feeling. Building again, carrying forward the best of what’s left, refusing to let the story end in silence.
I’m not finished. And neither are you.
