the quiet cost of INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
What do I give up to keep building?
Not just sleep, or time. But peace. Simplicity. Predictability.
I’ve made a home inside uncertainty. I’ve trained my instincts to chase tension.
I’ve sacrificed the comfort of clarity for the chaos of creation.
There are days I wonder if it’s worth it, this path I chose.
To build something from nothing. To stand up for good design when cheap wins faster.
To fight for originality when imitation sells.
To lead without a safety net.
And yet, here I am.
Because the future I want to see doesn’t build itself.
There’s no guarantee of applause.
No certainty this story ends in sunlight.
But I’m not doing it for recognition.
I’m doing it because someone has to.
If what I build helps even one other person rise.
If one founder makes braver choices,
If one product team finally sees what design can really do.
Then maybe all of it mattered.
So, what do I give?
Everything I have.
