UX/UI DESIGN: your app doesn't need more features, it needs less doubt

Most apps don't fail because the idea was bad. They fail because users can't tell what to do next.

The page looks polished but the path is unclear. The button exists but tapping it feels risky. The flow works but nobody's sure why they should keep going.

Teams usually respond by adding. More screens, more options, more copy explaining the copy. Every addition gives the user one more thing to be unsure about.

The cost shows up where you can measure it. Onboarding drop-off, trials that never convert, support tickets that all describe the same confusion. Traffic was never your problem. Doubt is.

Good UX is the discipline of removing it. What is this? What matters here? What happens when I tap?
