DESIGN AGENCY OWNERS: If you could start over today, what would you do differently?

Starting and running a design consultancy is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve learned a lot. But I know I’m still just getting started.

So I want to ask those ahead of me:

What do you wish someone had told you before you started?​ What would you skip? What would you double down on?​ If you could do it all over again, what would you change?

And what would you keep exactly the same?
