INDUSTRIAL DESIGN: I don't pitch

If you're a hardware founder or product leader, you've sat through it. An agency shows up with a beautiful deck, a room full of juniors, and a hundred slides of work they'll only finish once you sign. You're paying to watch a performance and calling it diligence.

That isn't how I work. I don't audition. I diagnose the problem before we talk scope or price, and I figure out whether I'm even the right person to get your product built. Sometimes the honest answer is no, and I'll say so to your face.

I've shipped real hardware, managed a multibillion dollar portfolio of it. When you hire me and Crafted by, you get me, not a junior learning on your budget. You get the person, not the pyramid.

So if you're lining up three firms to pitch for the work, I'm probably not your move. If you want one partner who'll tell you the truth and get the object made at quality, that's a conversation worth having.
