INDUSTRIAL DESIGNERS: your work doesn't speak for itself

A company brand is what people expect from the product. A personal brand is what people expect from you.

You don't need a logo. You need a point of view. If people can't describe how you think or what kind of work you're great at, they'll forget you fast.

Your portfolio isn't enough. Your job titles aren't enough. You need to own the narrative around your work or someone else will.

A strong personal brand doesn't just attract jobs. It builds trust fast. And that's what gets you picked when the stakes are high.

This isn't about becoming an influencer. It's about being clear on what you stand for so the right opportunities find you. When people understand your perspective, they know whether you're the right fit before the first call.

Stop assuming your work speaks for itself. It doesn't. You have to speak for it.
